She would even have her deputies fill in for her when she was not available. All with the goal of helping us sell our home at the right price. Unlike other REALTOR in the Weston and Bellaire areas who bring a lot of "bling" in their presentations, Fiona 1 bought the "bling" in her hard work. There were times when she would bring a family member along, roll up her sleeves and help mop the floor or clean up the yard to get the house ready for a showing. Since this was new construction in a flood-prone area, there were many 2nd and 3rd meetings with prospective customers. She would make it a point to attend all of those meetings and would always be the subtle reassuring and guiding hand in the room. Finally, I would say that Fiona is honest, non-judgmental, and very sharp with numbers. Her third-party contacts (staging company, photographers, cleaners, etc.) are excellent and she brings a lot of dedication to her job. There were times when she would be emailing us from a hiking vacation in the mountains. Little things like those would reassure us of her commitment to the project. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with her, since she took over a lot of the stress. We definitely plan on partnering with her for multiple upcoming projects in the near future.
